No network at destination? Use the 6-digit delivery code sent by SMS at trip start.
How it works: When a trip is confirmed, FaraiGo sends a 6-digit code by SMS to both farmer and driver. The driver reads the code to the farmer at destination. The farmer enters it here (or via USSD *384*GO#) to release payment — no internet needed.

Post your trip. Enter cargo type, pickup and destination state (all 36 available), tonnage and date. Verified available drivers are notified.

Negotiate the price. Drivers send you their quotes. You can counter-offer. When both parties agree, the price is locked — no changes after loading.

Pay into escrow. You pay the agreed amount to FaraiGo escrow via Paystack. The driver cannot access this money until delivery is confirmed. The driver knows payment is guaranteed — so they come.

Photo at loading. Before the truck leaves your farm, both you and the driver upload a photo of the loaded cargo. This photo record is locked in the system — if the driver claims less was loaded at destination, the photo is the proof.

Track in real time. GPS coordinates update every 30 minutes. If the truck deviates from route, you are notified by SMS. Works even in low-network areas.

Delivery code. When goods arrive, the driver reads you a 6-digit code. You enter it here or via USSD (*384*GO#) on any phone — no internet needed. Payment releases immediately.

Both parties submit evidence. Photos, GPS log, chat transcript and weigh-bridge receipts are automatically preserved. Submit a dispute through the app or by calling the FaraiGo hotline.

FaraiGo agent reviews within 4 hours. A Farmall Nigeria agent reviews all evidence. Phone interviews with both parties if needed.

Escrow is held during dispute. Neither party can access the money while the dispute is under review. No one can pressure you to release payment before resolution.

Decision and payout. Agent makes a ruling. If the farmer wins (cargo was short or damaged), partial or full refund from escrow. If driver wins (cargo was correct), payment releases. Both parties are rated.

📱 USSD (*384*GO#): Works on any mobile phone, even basic Nokia phones. Dial to book trips, confirm delivery, check trip status and release payment. No data needed.
💬 SMS delivery code: At trip start, a 6-digit code is sent by SMS to both farmer and driver. At destination, the driver reads the code aloud. Farmer dials *384*GO# and enters code. Payment releases.
📡 GPS ping via SMS: If the driver has no internet, their phone sends a GPS ping via SMS every 2 hours. You can see the last known location even in areas with no data.
📞 Agent-assisted booking: Call 0800-FARAIGO and a FaraiGo agent books the trip for you over the phone. Useful for older farmers or those not comfortable with smartphones.

How to file a claim

Raise a dispute within 24 hrs of delivery. Select "Insurance Claim." Upload destination photos, weight-bridge receipts, and describe the damage.

FaraiGo agent reviews within 4 hours. GPS logs, cargo photos at pickup (your proof), driver statement, and any third-party receipts are analysed.

Approved claims settle in 48 hours — directly to your farAI Wallet. No cheque, no office visit, no long wait.
⚠️ Insurance is optional. Strongly recommended for perishables, livestock, and trips over 200km. The premium is almost always less than 1% of what you stand to lose.
